After a month in Scotland, I’ve decided this is the other of the two most beautiful places in the world. All my time was spent in the Highlands and the Outer Hebrides and I was there late in the year (Sept. & Oct.), so the weather was a little cold and rainy. But as some of the Scots told me, there’s no such thing as bad weather in Scotland, just bad clothes choices. The countryside was dramatic, if I was to choose one word for it. The people great and another chance to really indulge myself in history.
